Refund policy
At Perfect Fragments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and offer refunds under certain circumstances. Each return request will be reviewed by our team to ensure it meets our guidelines.
Return Guidelines:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with any tags still attached if applicable.
Timing: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Approval: All return requests are subject to approval by our team. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
